Terms of purchase at Pillowtalk
TERMS OF DELI VERY
When purchasing at Pillowtalk AB , the following terms of delivery will apply:
We can deliver your order within Europe. The parcel will be sent by Postnord, DHL or UPS.
We will deliver your order as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Normally this takes 2-3 days. If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you.
If you have made a special request order, this might take 3 to 4 weeks.
As soon as we have received your order on our website, we will email you an order confirmation. Please check this to see that everything is correct and save it for any future customer contact questions.
If you haven't received an order confirmation within 24 hours or if there are any inaccuracies , please contact us at email@example.com.
At Pillowtalk online Store you have the following delivery options:
Postnord within Sweden - free of charge. This the our first choice delivery option if no other option is demanded by the customer. You will receive a sms notice with a tracking number when your parcel is ready to collect. Your parcel will remain at the Postnord service point for 2 weeks. If you are not able to collect your parcel within this period, please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org
DHL parcel within Sweden - free of charge. For this option, contact us on email@example.com
Outside Sweden a SEK150.00 fee will apply.
Home delivery within Sweden with UPS - SEK 195.00. For this option, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be notified via email when your parcel is ready for delivery.
DHL parcel: Collect at any of the 1500 DHL service points.
When choosing DHL we will deliver your parcel to your closest DHL service point. You will receive a sms notice with a tracking number when your parcel is ready to collect. You will have to show your personal id when collecting your parcel. Your parcel will remain at the service point for 2 weeks. If you are away from home during this period, please contact us on email@example.com.
A SEK 200.00 fee will apply on any not collected parcels. If you have placed an order but changed your mind, you will have to let us know within 2 weeks to avoid this fee.
When shopping with Pillowtalk Online, you will always have a 30 days option to return your order. The 30 days period starts the day you collect your parcel. The products must unused, in original condition, packed in it's original packaging and have all tags left.
If you wish to return a product, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label. We will return your money once we have received and checked the product.
Complaints: If you for some reason will receive a damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com ASAP. We will email you a return label and once we have received and checked the product we will contact you to send you a replacement product.
DAMAGED GOODS AND PARCELS
If your products are damaged at pick up or at delivery you must tell the service point or driver directly. This also applies to damaged packaging. As a customer you don't have to receive a damaged parcel. If the damage is hidden you must let us know within 7 days from pick up. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the damage. Always keep the original packaging and take a picture of the damage if this is not detected at pick up or delivery.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
All prices at Pillowtalk Online Store includes Swedish VAT ,25%. If you are under 18, you must have your guardian's permission to order from us. Pillowtalk makes a reservation against any mistakes in print or deviations in colour of the products presented at Pillowtalk Online Store. We strive for presenting pictures that correspond with real life colours and features but we can not guarantee that these pictures will render an exact image of the product.
All product will remain Pillowtalk possessions until complete payment is fulfilled. Any frauds will be reported to the police. Pillowtalk reserves the right to cancel a purchase if there is suspicion of fraud.
ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
In accepting Pillowtalk's terms of purchase when placing an order, a binding agreement between Pillowtalk and you as a customer will occur.
When receiving an order, an order confirmation will automatically be emailed to your registered email address. This confirmation will also serve as a warranty certificate after fully completed payment.
Pillowtalk makes a reservation against any deviation in delivery caused by mistakes in stock availability at the time of order. If Pillowtalk can't deliver according to the order confirmation, you will be contacted and given the possibility to change or cancel your order.
You can place your order with Pillowtalk Online Store at any time and normally the order will be packed the same or next day. If the day of order is a holiday the order will be packed the next coming workday.
You can choose to pay for your order at Pillowtalk in the following ways:
Direct payment through your/our bank
When choosing Klarna checkout, you will first of all confirm the purchase to register it. Payment comes after. In this way your order can't be deleted as you fill in your payment details.
If you don't choose a another way of payment, invoice with Klarna checkout will apply.
Payment with credit card:
We accept the credit cards Visa, Mastercard and American Express and we don't add any charges when you choose this way of payment. If you choose to pay with your credit card, you will pay through Klarna or Stripe to ensure a safe payment.
Direct payment through the bank:
Pillowtalk offers direct payment through SEB, Handelsbanken, Swedbank and Nordea. When choosing this way of payment you will be directed to your bank for finalising your purchase. The purchase amount will be withdrawn directly from your account.
Payment with invoice:
When paying with Klarna invoice you will always receive your order before payment. Time of payment is 14 days and you always have the right to return any products. If you don't pay your invoice within 14 days, a penalty fee of 50 SEK as well as an interest of 25.5% will apply. Sometimes your payment credibility will be tested and you will in this case get a copy of this by mail. Your personal data will be handled according to the law. Klarna will handle the data to analyse cutomer's personal identification, credit check and for marketing purposes. Personal identification numbers are used as customer numbers when handling customers analyzes. All delivered products are property of Pillowtalk until full payment is completed.

Pay to our Paypal account by transferring money from your own Paypal account.
In case of force majeure, Pillowtalk will not be responsible to fulfill an obligation according to the terms of purchase if the reason is caused by any disengaging circumstances below and if this circumstance prevents, obstructs or delays the commitment. Regarded disengaging circumstances are for example war, import ban, government arrangements, new or changed legislation, conflicts on the market, fire, sabotage, flooding, blockade, larger accidents or other kind of natural disaster which prevents fufillment of an entered agreement. Force majeure is included in government decisions which has a negative affect on the market and products such as restrictions in indication, texts of warning, prohibition of sales etc., abnormal fall of the market and if Pillowtalk AB will be exposed to any criminal activity which will affect the company's function and activity.
